It operates within hotels, resorts, and cruise lines, and fully owns Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo Hotel. The company is majority-controlled by The Egyptian General Company for Tourism & Hotels (66.247%), alongside shareholders El Shams Housing & Urbanization (14.3%) and Al Montazah Company for Tourism and Investment (10.131%).
