Focused on hotels, resorts, and cruise lines, it is 99.9% owned by Americana Restaurants International PLC. It holds major stakes in Egyptian for Restaurants and Food Stuff Co (92.0%) and Touristic Projects (53.0%), along with minority stakes in six other enterprises.
