Its largest shareholder is Nahed Sayed Mohamed Abdel Moaty (22.47%), followed by Egyptian Real Estate Group (9.01%). It holds controlling stakes in Egyptian Italian Hotels, MG Travel, Egyptian European Floating Hotels, Rowad Dahab, and Rowad El Wahat.
