Misr Hotels is a Giza-based consumer services company focusing on hotels, resorts, and cruise lines. Established in June 1955 and listed on the Egyptian Exchange since November 1994, it is majority-controlled by The Holding Company for Tourism Hotels and Cinema with a 50.696% stake. The company holds minority ownership stakes in Egypt Aswan for Tourism (3.68%), Abu Dhabi for Touristic Investment (2.72%), and Misr Sinai Tours Co (1.0%).
