National Investment Bank is its largest shareholder with 25.25%. It holds 99.99% stakes in five subsidiaries, including Egyptian Transportation and Logistics SAE and Egytrans Barge Link Co, alongside minority stakes in Wilhelmsen Port Services Egypt, Scan Arabia, and Damietta Feeder Terminal.
