Listed on the EGX since August 1995 and incorporated in 1984, it is owned by the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport (35.37%), Alpha Oryx Ltd (32.0%), Saudi Egyptian Investment Co (19.33%), and Alexandria Port Authority (7.63%). It holds stakes in several maritime agencies and transport entities.
