Heliopolis Housing is a Cairo-based real estate company focusing on diversified real estate activities. Established in January 1906 and incorporated in October 2021, it has been listed on the Egyptian Exchange since May 1995. The company is controlled by the Holding Company for Construction and Development, which owns a 72.251% stake. Heliopolis Housing holds a 10.0% subsidiary stake in Nasr Real Estate Development.
