It is controlled by VEON Luxembourg Finance S.A., which holds a 55.56% stake. The company wholly owns eight subsidiaries across Luxembourg, Switzerland, Malta, and other jurisdictions, including Telecel International, Moga Holding, Med Cable, and Global Telecom Acquisition.
