Controlled by majority shareholder R G Trust with a 63.3176% stake, the company fully owns eight subsidiaries, including GB Automotive Industry, GB Automotive For Trading and Manufacturing of Cars, Ready Parts for Auto Parts, GB Finance - Luxembourg, and BBIL Cyprus.
