Delta Insurance is a Giza-based multi-line insurance provider established in October 1980 and listed on the Egyptian Exchange since July 1996. The company is majority-owned by Valmore Holding, which holds a 63.39% stake. Its corporate holdings include a 99.9% controlling interest in Delta Life Assurance and a 20.0% stake in Inaya Egypt.
